(Alliance News) - Proton Motor Power Systems PLC said Friday SFN Cleantech Investment Ltd, in which Chief Executive Officer Faiz Nahab has a 2% interest, sold 240,000 shares.
In a transaction on Tuesday, SFN Cleantech Investment sold 200,000 shares on the Frankfurt stock exchange at a price of EUR0.29, totalling EUR58,000.
Also, SFN Cleantech Investment sold 40,000 shares on the London stock exchange for GBP0.25 per share, totalling GBP10,000.
Following these transactions, SFN Cleantech Investments now holds 594.7 million Proton shares, representing 88.9% stake.
Proton Motor Power shares were down 6.7% in London at 22.39 pence each on Friday.
