LONDON (Alliance News) - Proteome Science PLC said Thursday that Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, a firm related to a non-executive director Martin Diggle, has bought shares in the company.
Diggle is a director of both Vulpes Life Sciences and Proteome.
Vulpes Life Sciences has purchased 328,000 shares in Proteome at 3.5 pence each.
Following this transaction, Vulpes now holds 56.4 million shares, equivalent to 19% holding.
Shares in Proteome closed up 6.2 % at 3.76p each.
