LONDON (Alliance News) - Property Franchise Group PLC said Wednesday that a company associated with Non-Executive Director Paul Latham and his family bought GBP28,750 worth of shares in the company.
SPL Investment Ltd bought 25,000 shares for 115 pence each on Tuesday. Latham's holding after the purchase totaled 50,000 shares, around 0.19% of the issued share capital of the company.
Shares in the property franchise company were up 0.4% at 117.00 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
