LONDON (Alliance News) - Recruiter Prime People PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director John Lewis has sold shares in the company.
Lewis, through a company controlled by him and his wife, sold 25,000 shares at 99.00 pence per share on Monday.
Following the sale, Lewis has a total beneficial holding of 1.0 million shares, or a stake of around 8.3% in the company. As well as being a director of Prime People, Lewis is chairman of Photo-Me International PLC, among other roles.
Shares in Prime People were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 99.00p.
