LONDON (Alliance News) - Prime People PLC Monday said Finance Director Chris Heayberd sold 300,000 shares to Chairman Robert Macdonald at a price of 85 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Macdonald holds 2.8 million shares, which represents 22.85% of the issued share capital and Heayberd holds 24,000 shares.
The recruitment company also said Managing Director Peter Hearn sold 65,000 shares at the same price and now holds 784,000 shares, representing 6.6% of the share capital.
Shares were down 4.3% at 90.00p Monday.
