LONDON (Alliance News) - Primary Health Properties PLC Wednesday said Gail Jones, the wife of Chairman Alun Jones, bought 40,000 shares at a price of 102.25 pence per share on Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Alun Jones holds a total beneficial interest in 150,000 shares, or a 0.02% stake.
Shares in the healthcare facilities investor were up 0.5% at 103.00p Wednesday.
