LONDON (Alliance News) - Premier Oil PLC Wednesday said Chief Executive Simon Locket, Finance Director Anthony Durrant and Executive Directors Robin Allan, Neil Hawkings and Andrew Lodge all acquired 43 matching shares and 43 partnership shares at a price of GBP2.908 per share Tuesday.
Shares in the oil and gas company closed down 0.1% at 291.20 pence Wednesday.
