LONDON (Alliance News) - Premier Oil PLC Thursday said five executive directors acquired shares under the share incentive plan, including Chief Executive Simon Lockett who acquired 36 partnership shares and 36 matching shares at a price of GBP3.4099 per share Tuesday.
Robin Allen, Neil Hawkings and Anthony Durrant each acquired 37 matching shares and 37 partnership shares. While Andrew Lodge acquired 44 partnership shares and 44 matching shares at the same price.
Shares in the oil and gas company were up 2.0% at 343.60 pence Thursday.
