LONDON (Alliance News) - Powerflute Oyj Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Dermot Smurfit sold a total of 118,630 at 65 pence each on Tuesday.
He previously sold a total of 185,814 on Monday and Friday.
Following this transaction, Smurfit holds 1.7 million shares, which represents 0.6% stake in the firm.
Shares in the packaging company were flat at 65.00p Wednesday.
