LONDON (Alliance News) - Porvair PLC said its Non-Executive Director John Nicholas bought shares in the company in a transaction on Monday.

Nicholas purchased 2,500 shares at a price of 499.00 pence per share, worth GBP12,475.

Shares in Porvair closed flat at 490.00p each on Monday.
