LONDON (Alliance News) - Porta Communications PLC Monday said Hawk Investment Holdings Limited, a company owned by Chairman Bob Morton, bought 1 million shares at a price of 10.5 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Morton is beneficially interested in a total of 32.9 million shares, representing 14.40% of the total voting rights.
The marketing and communications business also said Chief Executive Officer David Wright bought 272,727 shares at 11p each and now holds 2.7 million shares or 1.2% of the share capital.
Shares were trading up 13% at 12.13p Monday.
