LONDON (Alliance News) - Polar Capital Technology Trust PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Peter Hames sold shares worth GBP52,240 in the company.
Hames sold 4,000 shares at 1,306.00 pence each. Following the sale he holds a total of 6,000 shares, representing 0.01% of the company's issued share capital.
Polar Capital shares closed down 0.9% at 1,310.00p on Monday.
