LONDON (Alliance News) - Contracts-for-difference trader Plus500 Ltd on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Daniel King has bought shares in the company.
King, who bought the shares on Tuesday, acquired 13,259 shares at 339.38 pence per share.
The purchase came a day after Playtech PLC, the FTSE 250-listed gaming software company, pulled out of its GBP459.0 million deal to acquire Plus500 amid concerns the deal was not set to secure necessary approvals from the Financial Conduct Authority by the end of 2015.
Shares in Plus500 were up 5.5% to 347.00p on Tuesday.
