(Alliance News) - Online trading services provider Plus500 Ltd on Monday said co-founder Alon Gonen purchased 468,469 shares through a number of deals on Wednesday and Thursday last week.
Gonen purchased the shares through Sparta 24 Ltd and paid an average of GBP7.07 per share, valuing the deals at GBP3.3 million. His resultant stake in the online service provider for contracts for difference was not disclosed.
This follows Thursday last week, when it was announced that Gonen had purchased 987,553 shares for GBP6.7 million.
Furthermore, Plus500IL Ltd Chief Executive Yevgeni Shtuckmeyster purchased 6,953 shares over Thursday and Friday last week for, on average, GBP7.21 per share for a total value of GBP50,131. As with Gonen, Shtuckmeyster's holding as a result of these transactions was not disclosed.
Shares in Plus500 were up 1.5% at 715.80 pence on Monday.
