DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Plastics Capital Non-Executive Director Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Plastics Capital PLC said Non-Executive Director Keith Butler-Wheelhouse acquired shares in the packaging company in a transaction on Friday.

Butler-Wheelhouse acquired on Thursday 12,500 shares at a price of 121.6 pence per share and on Friday purchased 28,500 shares at a price of 122p per share, resulting in an aggregate purchase of 41,000 shares.

Following these transactions, Butler-Wheelhouse now has an interest in 289,798 shares, representing approximately 0.74% of the issued share capital.

Plastics Capital shares closed down 0.6% to 120.27p on Friday.
