LONDON (Alliance News) - Plant Health Care PLC Thursday said Chairman Christopher Richards bought 9,000 shares at a price of 70 pence per share Tuesday.
Richards purchased an additional 5,000 on Monday at the same price.
Following these purchases Richards holds 76,324 shares.
Shares in the provider of novel patent-protected biological products were down 0.7% at 70.00p Thursday.
