LONDON (Alliance News) - Plant Health Care PLC, a provider of biological products for agriculture, said Monday that James Ede-Golightly, a non-executive director, purchased 21,000 shares for his SIPP account on Friday at 69 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Ede-Golightly has a personal holding of 184,000 shares and interest in a further 200,000 shares, together totalling 0.54% of the total.
Plant Health Care shares were quoted Monday at 68.00p, up 1.50p or 2.3%.
