(Alliance News) - Agriculture products company Plant Health Care PLC on Thursday said Chief Executive Officer Christopher Richards bought GBP34,900 worth of shares in the company.
Richards on Tuesday purchased 500,000 shares at 6.98 pence per share. Following the purchase, Richards and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 2.2 million shares, representing approximately 1.29% of the company's issued share capital.
Plant Health Care shares were untraded at 6.52p each in London on Thursday afternoon.
