Pittards PLC - Yeovil, Somerset-based leather and leather goods producer - Four directors buy 197,285 shares at 38 pence each, worth GBP74,968, on Monday. Chair Stephen Yapp and Chief Executive Officer Reg Hankey each buy 65,789 shares. Chief Financial Officer Richard Briere buys 39,392 shares, and Non-Executive Director Godfrey Davis buys 26,315. Pittards also buys 934,210 shares into treasury, the only shares now held as treasury shares. They will be used primarily for incentive plans.
