LONDON (Alliance News) - Pinnacle Technology Group PLC Friday said Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Scallan bought 118,419 shares at a price of 8.434 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Scallan's total interest in the issued share capital of the company is now 220,144 shares.
Shares in the telecommunications provider were up 0.3% at 9.27p Friday.
