LONDON (Alliance News) - Picton Property Income Ltd said Chairman Nicholas Thompson bought 34,402 shares in the company at a price of 59 pence per share on Friday, bringing his total holding to 103,202 shares.
The property company also said Trevor Ash, chairman of the management engagement committee, bought 65,599 shares at the same price bringing his total holding to 290,599 shares in the company.
Picton Property also said Roger Lewis, chairman of the property valuation committee, bought 51,605 shares at the same price, bringing his total holding to 451,605 shares in the company.
Picton Property shares closed up 2.1% at 61.50 pence on Tuesday.
