LONDON (Alliance News) - Phoenix Group Holdings said Non-Executive Director Manjit Dale transferred shares between connected shareholders in the company.
Dale transferred 353,659 shares from TDR Shares Ltd to TDR Capital Nominees Ltd at a price of 685 pence per share.
TDR Shares Ltd now have no shares in Phoenix, and TDR Capital Nominees hold 11.8 million shares in the company.
Dale continues to have an interest in 13.9 million shares in the company, or 6.2% of the total.
Phoenix Group Holdings shares were down 1.4% at 728.50 pence Monday.
