LONDON (Alliance News) - Phoenix Group Holdings PLC Wednesday said it awarded options to two executives who bought shares in the company.
Human Resources Director Alan Jones and General Counsel Jane MacLeod each bought 17 partnership shares in the company, at 730.5 pence per share. The transactions occurred on September 5.
The company gave them three share options each under its matching scheme. They will vest three years from September 5, subject to the executives' continued employment and retention of the underlying partnership shares.
Phoenix Group shares were Wednesday quoted at 759.50 pence each, up 19 pence, or 2.6%.
