DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Petrofac Chief Exec Officer Asfari Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Petrofac Ltd said that its Chief Executive Officer Ayman Asfari bought shares in oilfield services firm on Wednesday.

Asfari purchased 2.0 million shares at a price of 494.11 pence per share, worth GBP9.9 million.

Petrofac shares were closed up 2.9% at 506.20p each on Wednesday.

Following the transaction Asfari held 19% interest, representing 65.0 million shares.
