DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Person Linked To Tate & Lyle Exec Buys, Sells Stock

LONDON (Alliance News) - Tate & Lyle PLC said Wednesday a person connected to its Executive Vice-President of Corporate Affairs Rowan Adams both bought and sold shares in separate transactions.

Sarah Adams on Thursday last week sold 3,682 shares at a price of 543.60 pence each for GBP20,015.

On the same day, she then bought 3,652 shares at 544.48p for GBP19,884. The transactions came, Tate & Lyle said, as a result of a transfer of shares into an ISA.

Shares in the company were up 0.9% at Wednesday's close at 542.40p.
