LONDON (Alliance News) - Pennon Group PLC on Wednesday said Monica Read, a director at its South West Water Ltd business, sold 1,385 shares in the company for 759.06 pence per share on Tuesday.
Pennon, which runs a water utility and a waste management company, said Read's stake in the company is less than 0.01%.
The sale of the shares came after Pennon on Monday said it was on track to hit its targets for the full year and is well-positioned for the future as its recycling and waste management business establishes its new energy recovery business.
Pennon shares were up 2.1% to 777.17 pence on Wednesday.
