DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Pennon Chairman John Parker Purchases Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Pennon Group PLC said Chairman John Parker bought 17,027 shares at a price of 587.28 pence per share on Tuesday.

His total shareholding before or after the deal, which cost GBP99,996, was not disclosed.

Pennon said Monday it performed in line with expectations in its soon-to-end financial year, with all three divisions delivering.

Shares in the water company closed up 1.7% at 593.00p Tuesday.
