LONDON (Alliance News) - Publisher Pearson PLC Tuesday said Chief Education Advisor Michael Barber was awarded 34,170 shares under the company share plan and sold 16,177 shares at a price of 1,230 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Barber holds the 17,993 remaining shares.
The company also said the following executives acquired shares as part of a dividend reinvestment at 1,171.514 pence per share Friday.
