DIRECTOR DEALINGS: PCA With Coats Non-Exec Hongyan Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Coats Group PLC said Philip Crispin, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director Hongyan Echo Lu, bought 15,000 shares on Tuesday.

Crispin bought the shares a price of 84.00 pence each, the transaction totaling GBP12,600.

Shares in Coats closed down 0.1% at 83.958 pence on Tuesday.
