LONDON (Alliance News) - PayPoint PLC Friday said that the following directors, including Chief Executive Dominic Taylor and Group Finance Director George Earle, purchased partnership shares at GBP10.79 each on Thursday, and received the following matching shares, via an employee share purchase plan.
