LONDON (Alliance News) - P2P Global Investments PLC on Thursday announced a series of share purchases by partners of its investment manager Pollen Street Capital Ltd.
Abror Ismailov bought a total of 6,910 shares for an average price of GBP7.95 for GBP54,934 on Tuesday. He then on Wednesday purchased 1,638 further shares at GBP7.94 for GBP13,005.
Ian Gascoigne bought 18,890 shares in P2P for an average price of GBP7.93 for a total cost of GBP149,798.
P2P said Matthew Potter purchased 25,182 shares at GBP7.94 for GBP199,945.
Michael England bought 18,903 shares for GBP7.94 at a total cost of GBP150,090.
Lindsey McMurray, and Jorge Villon, a person affiliated to McMurray, bought 125,100 shares at GBP8.03 for a cost of GBP1.0 million.
Lastly, Hap Ltd, a person closely affiliated to an employee of Pollen Street employee Steve Plowman, bought 12,375 shares at GBP7.94 for GBP98,258. P2P said Hap Ltd is 50/50 owned between Plowman and his wife Samantha Plowman.
Shares closed down 0.3% on Thursday at 795.00 pence each.
