LONDON (Alliance News) - Paragon Group Of Companies PLC said Non-Executive Director Alan Fletcher sold a total of 65,000 shares on Monday.
Details are as follows:
30,000 shares were sold at GBP4.331 each
35,000 shares were sold at GBP4.332 each.
Following this transaction, Fletcher holds 60,000 shares.
Shares in the mortgage provider closed at 435.10p up 0.10p Monday.
