(Alliance News) - Pan African Resources PLC said Friday that its Chief Executive Officer Cobus Loots and Finance Director Deon Louw purchased around ZAR1.4 million in shares between them on Thursday.
Loots bought 423,000 shares at a price of ZAR2.08 per share, totalling ZAR879,840. He now holds 1.1 million shares overall.
Louw purchased 250,000 shares for an average price of ZAR2.14 each, for a total of ZAR536,003. He now holds 507,450 shares in total.
Shares in the gold miner were up 0.7% at 11.98 pence in London, while its Johannesburg shares were down 0.9% at ZAR2.19 on Friday.
