(Alliance News) -Â Pan African Resources PLC on Friday said both its chief executive and finance director bought shares in the company.
On Thursday, CEO Cobus Loots bought 100,000 shares at a price of 12.625 pence each, totalling GBP12,625. Following the transaction, Loots held an interest in 1.3 million Pan African shares.
On the same day, Finance Director Deon Louw bought 104,012 shares at an average price of ZAR2.45 each, totalling ZAR255,152, or around GBP13,080. Louw held 611,462 shares after the transaction.
Shares in Pan African were down 0.2% in London at 12.48 pence on Friday. In Johannesburg, the stock was down 1.2% at ZAR2.42.
