LONDON (Alliance News) - Pacific Assets Trust PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director James Williams bought 10,000 shares in the trust.
Williams purchased the shares at 248.0 pence each for GBP24,800. The director's total stake in the company following the acquisition was not disclosed.
Pacific Assets shares closed trading down 2.0% at 247.0p.
