(Alliance News) - Oxford BioDynamics on Wednesday said a company controlled by Non-Executive Director Stephen Diggle bought GBP19,041 worth of shares in the company.
Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, controlled by Diggle, purchased 18,309 shares at 104 pence each on Tuesday. Following the purchase, Vulpes Life Sciences Fund owns 12.8% stake in the company.
Shares in Oxford BioDynamics closed at 105.00 pence each on Wednesday, down 1.4%.
