LONDON (Alliance News) - Two outgoing directors of Eurocell PLC sold shares in the PVC window, door and roofline products manufacturer on Tuesday, according to Canaccord Genuity filing on Wednesday.
Outgoing Chief Executive Patrick Bateman sold 1.9 million shares, while outgoing Chief Financial Officer Matthew Edwards sold 2.9 million, both at 185.00 pence per share. In total, the sale raised GBP8.9 million for the pair. Eurocell shares were down 4.3% to 189.00p early Wednesday.
Bateman still holds 2.8 million Eurocell shares after the transaction, while Edwards no longer holds any stake.
Bateman is leaving his role as CEO at the start of July after Eurocell brought forward by a month the handover date for incoming CEO Mark Kelly. Bateman stepped down from his role back in January.
