DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Outgoing Dunelm Finance Head Keith Down Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Home furnishing retailer Dunelm Group PLC said Friday outgoing Chief Financial Officer Keith Down bought shares worth GBP39,601 in a transaction on Thursday.

Down - CFO at the FTSE 250-listed firm since 2015 - acquired 7,645 shares at 518 pence each.

Shares in Dunelm were 2.5% higher at 522.00p on Friday.

After the transaction, Down holds 47,743 shares or a 0.02% stake in the company.

In late February, Down announced he planned to leave Dunelm in mid-June in order to take a role "closer to home for family reasons."
