LONDON (Alliance News) - OpSec Security Group PLC, the anti-counterfeiting technologies and services supplier, Monday said that Chief Executive Officer Mark Turnage transferred 31,500 shares to each of his four children for nil consideration on Friday.
Following the transfer, Turnage holds an unchanged beneficial holding of almost two million shares in the company.
OpSec shares were up 3.8% Monday morning, trading at 54.50 pence per share.
