LONDON (Alliance News) - Old Mutual PLC Tuesday said the Chief Executive of Nedbank Group, Mike Brown, was awarded 43,428 shares under the share option, matched share and restricted share scheme and sold the shares at a price of ZAR220 each last Wednesday.
Shares in the life insurer closed at 196.80 pence Tuesday.
