LONDON (Alliance News) - Old Mutual PLC Wednesday said Ralph Mupita, its emerging markets chief, sold 44,800 shares in the company at ZAR44.9127 Tuesday.
Mupita now holds 135,269 shares. The transaction took place in South Africa.
Shares in the Anglo-South African financial services company were down 1.8% at 220.90 pence Wednesday.
