(Alliance News) - Ocado Group PLC said Friday Non-Executive Director Claudia Arney acquired 5,230 shares in the firm at a price of GBP13.24 each.
Arney's holding in the company following the GBP69,250 transaction on Friday was not disclosed.
Shares in Ocado closed 1.9% higher in London on Friday at 1,322.00 pence each.
In August, the boss of the company's grocery e-commerce services unit bought shares worth GBP115,329.
Before this, in May, Chair Stuart Rose sold GBP7.4 million worth of shares in two separate transactions.
