LONDON (Alliance News) - Online grocery delivery company Ocado Group PLC on Friday said Chief Financial Officer Duncan Tatton-Brown has bought shares in the company.
Tatton-Brown bought 100,000 shares at 226.70 pence per share, taking his total holding up to 624,604 shares. The total value of the purchase is GBP226,700.
On Tuesday, Ocado posted growth in profit for the 24 weeks to May 15 and said it does not believe the UK's decision to leave the European Union will impact its business.
Ocado shares were down 3.6% to 222.4p.
