LONDON (Alliance News) - Ocado Group PLC said Friday Sandrine Jensen, wife of Chief Executive Officer Luke Jensen, purchased 5,000 shares in the company.
Jensen purchased the shares at GBP10.42 each for a total of GBP52,075. Her total stake in the company was not disclosed.
Shares in Ocado closed down Friday at 0.8% at 1,048.28 pence each.
