LONDON (Alliance News) - Obtala Ltd said Tuesday its Chief Executive Officer Paul Tiernan Dolan and Chairman Miles Pelham acquired shares in the company.
Pelham bought 1.9 million shares at 5.50 pence each for a total of GBP102,974.
Meanwhile, Tiernan Dolan purchased 1.4 million shares at the same price for GBP77,000.
None of the directors' total stake in the firm following the purchase was disclosed.
Obtala shares were closed up 8.5% at 6.40p Tuesday.
Earlier on Tuesday, Obtala said said it will change its name to Woodbois Ltd as it announced it will either spin-out or find a partner for its agriculture business, which the firm said cannot match the growth of its forestry and timber divisions.
