(Alliance News) - Oakley Capital Investments Ltd on Friday said Non-Executive Director Laurence Blackall has purchased 100,000 shares in the private equity investor at a price of 235.00 pence per share.
Following the GBP235,000 deal on Thursday, Blackall's stake in the firm is now 300,000 shares or 0.1%.
On Wednesday, Oakley Capital Investments said its net asset value per share rose in the first half of the year. As at June 30, Oakley Capital Investments' NAV per share stood at GBP3.18, up 13% from GBP2.81 at the end of 2018 thanks to its direct investments in Inspired and Time Out Group PLC.
Shares in Oakley Capital were down 0.3% at 233.40p in London on Friday.
