LONDON (Alliance News) - Novae Group PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Matthew Fosh, Chief Financial Officer Charles Fry and Jeremy Adams, a divisional chief executive, all acquired 23 partnership shares and 46 matching shares at a price of GP5.485 pence per share Wednesday under the company share plan.
Shares in the insurance company were up 1.7% at 556.00 pence Thursday morning.
