LONDON (Alliance News) - Novae Group PLC Monday said Chief Executive Matthew Fosh, Chief Financial Officer Charles Fry and the Chief Executive of its Lloyd's syndicate, Jeremy Adams, each acquired 19 shares under the partnership shares element of its share incentive plan at GBP6.6650 per share.
All three directors of the specialist insurer, which operates in various lines of business, from marine hull to property and casualty, were allocated matching shares under the matching shares element of the same plan.

Novae shares were Monday quoted at 641.4 pence, down 7.1 pence, or 1.1%.
