LONDON (Alliance News) - Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Officer Matt Lofgran had received nearly 84 million shares from YA Global Master SPV Ltd Friday, after he lent it 155 million shares a year earlier.
That concluded full repayment of a loan note between YA Global and Lofgran and means YA Global no longer has any shares in the company or holds any loaned shares. A draw down facility agreement between YA Global and the company was also closed.
Lofgran also gifted 1 million shares to Stephen Coles and 6 million to Jeffrey Lofgran Friday.
Following all the transactions, Lofgran has an interest in 218,798,802 shares, or a 7.88% stake.
Shares in Nostra Terra were trading down 0.001 pence at 0.389 pence Monday morning.
