LONDON (Alliance News) - Northern Petroleum PLC Thursday said Chairman Jon Murphy bought 100,000 shares at a price of 15 pence per share Wednesday.
The company also said Finance Director Nick Morgan bought 41,958 shares at 15.7p each.
Following the purchases, Murphy and Morgan hold 425,000 and 114,882 shares, respectively.
Shares were down 1.6% at 15.62p Thursday.
